About Me.
Designing learning and communication systems that turn complexity into clarity and enable meaningful action.
I work with organisations navigating transformation—new systems, new processes, and evolving ways of working—to design integrated learning and communication solutions that support adoption, capability development, and operational alignment.
My work focuses on how communication design shapes understanding, decision-making, and execution. I am interested in how information is structured, how meaning is interpreted, and how both influence behaviour in real organisational contexts.
Through Mattatall Insights & Learning Solutions, I design end-to-end learning and enablement systems that combine instructional design, communication strategy, change enablement, facilitation, and performance support. These include learning journeys, workshops, digital learning experiences, onboarding systems, and adoption-focused tools.
My international experience across Canada, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, France, and Nigeria has shaped a cross-cultural and linguistically sensitive approach to learning design. Working across these contexts developed a deep awareness of how language, systems, and expectations influence how people interpret information and respond to change.
I also lead the Cognitive Play Club, a creative educational initiative focused on literacy, cognitive development, structured thinking, and language-rich learning experiences for children and young learners. The work explores how curiosity, language, and guided thinking shape early intellectual development and learning confidence.
My work is grounded in a single principle: clarity in communication determines quality of understanding, and quality of understanding determines the effectiveness of action.
